Blog 12: Third Interview Questions

1. What is the best way for a blue belt in the light weight division to have a chance in winning the Pan American Worlds?

2. Pedro Elias how long should a student be doing Jiu Jitsu before he enters the Pan American Worlds?

3. Should a blue belt be training the same as white belt or a black belt for a tournament? Why or why not?

4. How many tournaments should you compete in before doing a big tournament? How many of those should you train vigoursly in?

5. What should a blue belt do specifically to train for the tournaments?

6. Should a student train the same for all tournaments or does each one require different types of training and intensity of training?

7. How should a Jiu Jitsu person train for major tournaments such as the Pan Ams, Abu Dahbi, Jiu Jitsu Open etc...?

8. How were these tournaments different from other tournaments?

9. What other than physical fitness should you be aware of for these tournaments?

10 should a student worry so much about technique or body ensurance? Should they try and balance them two and if so why?
