1. For my next 30 hours of service learning hours, I will be focussing on how train for my big tournament. I will no longer focusing on running the class, but more of how I can better my technique. I will also get tips on how to prepare for a big tournament such as like the World Pan Ams.
2. The way I will meet my 30 hours, would be going to the main academy and training with many different people and get a feeling for the different types of strategy gaming. I will also be asking certain people in the physical training position, what I should be doing and eating. I will also be working on my techniques and trying to be as smooth as possible with it.
3. To get in more depth with my project; I will start by getting in small tournaments, get interviews with people who have done the big Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. I will also start by getting myself physically fit.
